The 12-month prepaid plan does not allow skipping or pausing at all. Its terms commit you to the next six boxes. That is a fair trade for roughly 10% off if you are confident you want a year of it, and a poor one if you are not sure the style suits you.

Our advice is the same as for most subscriptions with a prepaid tier: take the flexible plan for the first couple of boxes, and only move to the annual rate once you know you like the designs.

What we found is that the criticism that does exist is narrow and consistent: reviewers question the price of the kits relative to buying materials separately, and several note receiving only one printed chart per kit. Those are product-value complaints, not billing, delivery, or service complaints, which is a meaningfully better profile than most of the catalogue.

There is no BBB entry, which is expected rather than concerning: BBB covers the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and this is a UK company. Because there is no second independent source, the Trustpilot score is carrying the whole customer-experience picture here, and we would rather say that plainly than present it as two sources agreeing.
