1. Join the Collective (Limited Availability): When a new Cask Co-Op edition is announced (typically a few times per year), visit Flaviar’s website and secure one of 200 available spots. Each edition is limited to exactly 200 members who collectively own the cask. Editions sell out within days or weeks, so act quickly when announcements go live. 2. Receive Ownership Confirmation and Welcome Materials: After purchase, you’ll receive a personalized ownership certificate confirming your stake in the cask, along with access credentials to your private Cask Co-Op experiential page. A welcome email explains the journey ahead with a timeline for maturation, voting, and bottling, plus an introduction to your fellow 199 co-owners for optional community engagement.

You’ll specify your name as it appears on both bottle labels, confirm your shipping address, and provide any special delivery instructions. Each of your 2 bottles will feature a custom label with your name, making them truly personalized collectibles. Labels also include cask details, edition number, and bottling information.

9. Bottling and Quality Control (Month 6): Flaviar oversees the bottling process, during which the cask is emptied and whiskey is bottled. Each of the 200 members receives 2x 750ml bottles after quality control ensures consistency across all bottles. Labels are applied with each member’s personalized information before bottles are packaged for shipment. You receive updates and photos from the bottling process via your experiential page.

10. Receive Your Personalized Bottles (Month 6-7): Your 2 personalized 750ml bottles arrive via insured shipping (signature required). You’ll unpack 2 bottles with your name on custom labels, detailed tasting notes for the final product, information about the cask’s journey, serving suggestions and cocktail ideas, and collectible packaging commemorating the experience. 11.
