What We Would Flag

Its BBB file, under CultureFly LLC, carries an F rating. BBB states the reason directly: failure to respond to 14 complaints, out of 17 filed in three years. Its Trustpilot score is 1.3 out of 5, with 88% of reviews at one star.

The documented complaints describe a consistent pattern: orders taking months and then being cancelled as unfulfillable, wrong sizes shipped with only partial refunds offered and no return label, items arriving damaged, and support redirecting customers elsewhere rather than resolving problems. These run into 2026, so they describe current operations rather than a historical rough patch.

A BBB search trap worth naming: searching for CultureFly also surfaces Pusheen Corp., a separate A+ rated entity whose listed website is pusheenbox.com. CultureFly appears there only as an alternate name, because it produces the officially licensed Pusheen Box. That A+ belongs to a different company and must not be presented as CultureFly’s grade.

Founding Date

We do not state one. Its BBB profile lists a business start date of 2006 while the file itself was only opened in 2017, and we found no independent confirmation of when the subscription product launched. Rather than publish a figure we cannot support, we leave it out.
